Currently with Brolite Products (9 years). SQF Code Food Safety and Food Quality Certified Supplier since February 2013. Dry blends/ingredients manufacturer (FSC 19). Lead Instructor FSPCA/PCQI, SQF Practitioner, FS, QA & Compliance Director. In food industry since 1974. Love this field. Hope to learn as learning never ends continuous education is for continuous improvement. How can we do better? Keep it simple but effective. Hope to become lifetime member soon. Thank you.
