Test sample certificate of metal detector, X Ray machine

the supplier only provides me 1 set of samples but does not certify each sample, the auditor asks for the sample certificate, what should I do to fix this error? I asked the supplier and they said they didn't have one

Each standard requires a certificate for size and material conformity, and if this can't be provided find another supplier. You are dealing with an amateur operation at the very best.

I agree with Slab.

If you look on IT, can get some idea of what is "typical", eg -

It really is, the supplier creates the prototype but they don't know how to certify the sample

So...let me help.  They typically don't "certify" the test samples, at least in my experience.  They will "certify" the equipment to the specific samples.  To do this they send their tech out and the tech checks the equipment against the test samples.  I've seen companies embed serial numbers on the test pieces and attached that information to the equipment certification.  If I were you ask them about the equipment certification with specific test samples.

The reason IT SHOULD be done this way is equipment can be influenced by moisture, heat, humidity, electrical interference, vibration, etc.  To truly certify the equipment it SHOULD be done in your facility with it setup in your line.

Of course they have a certification of the machine with the series of machines. But I don't know the serial number related to the test sample

When they came to install the equipment, they gave us a certificate of equipment, a manual, a set of samples.

The supplier should have given you something like this  -
