Hi, we are going for BRC certification, and our auditor is asking for a schematic representation of Cleaning in Place (CIP) of the smoking chamber. I have checked in the manual and I couldn’t find it out. If anyone is having any such schematic representations, please do share it. I would be a great help for me.

You could draw one with coloured pencils and paper for now. That's probably the quickest, most accurate thing to do

 

The manufacturer should also be able to send you something that will satisfy the auditor
