Hello everyone, in the audit report of the last year we had a non-conformance because the process management are not identified yet, no process manager, no SWOT and no indicators and this according to the requirement 6.2.1. It's normal?

This requirement talks about the process management or only KPI? Thanks for your help

Hello...this point talks about the definition of food safety related objectives or FSMS Objectives.

it´s necessary that the Organization defines at least one objective related to the food safety, and this objective must be aligned to food safety policy (principles). this activity can be done on a objectives map. You can create a objective map (in case you don't have) based on 5W2H.

The SWOT analysis is related to the clause 4, but some of the points that are identified on this exercise can help you to define your objectives.

The processes manangement means that you have to describle in some way (table, flowchart,...) the processes in the scope of ISO 22000, indicating the inputs, owners, outpus, activities or steps, responsible for the activities, documents related to the activities and the key performans that are used to avaliate the process preformans.
