new to FSSC 22000.

 

i did work at a facility that was FSSC 22000 about 10-15 years ago, but i wasn't at a level where i needed to know all the regulations/requirements. i have worked under SQF and loved it.

 

i am looking for reference materials and resources so i know what is required. why is it so difficult to find a matrix/checklist with all the requirements?

 

anyways, is this posted checklist for the internal audit portion of the code/requirements, or is it the entire FSSC requirements?

 

does anyone have a matrix or checklist for the whole FSSC requirements?

Hi kc,

 

One interpretation of "internal audit" is to ensure an adequate response has been made for all the individual elements of the Standard. That's why the Table is called an "internal audit checklist".
