I am food fraud mitigation plan for cookies according to FSSC 5.1. I have completed steps such as: vulnerability assessment and food fraud mitigation plan.
The remaining issues I need to do are: internal audit, management review, Verification activities, incident response actions.
Can you share it so I can get an idea on how to do it.
Thank you very much.

I'm Vietnamese and I plan in Vietnamese, not English. So it's hard to share
