Bread and roll facility here. Very low risk, we dry clean everything. I tested the Aerobic Plate Counts, yeast/mold for my compressed air lines at my packaging and depanner machines. Question is, what plate limit is considered too high or unsafe where we should take action?
... Just looking for some kind of number (cfu/plate)
