Hey all,
I have recently moved from Admin assistant to the food safety department at my job. I am moving rather quickly towards becoming the PCQI with our current PCQI consulting remotely until I am completely ready. I have taken a Food Defense and HACCP course so far and will within the next week or so start PCQI training. The past 2 months I have been preforming all the logged activities around our CCP, sampling for micro, swabbing, vendor compliance, etc. There is a lot of new info swirling around in my head. My brain hurts.
I am excited for this new adventure and so happy to have this space as a resource!
