Hi, we are getting ready for our very first SQF audit.

Just wondering if there is a Risk assessment template I can use that includes all the clauses needed.

Thank you in advance

Anna

Go to SQFI and download the check list and do a search for risk assessment or risk analysis and they will come up.

Below is the link to the SQFi page with their Guidance and Tip Sheets:

SQF Guidance, Tip Sheets and Checklists - SQFI

There is one on Risk Assessments in each the Guidance and Tip Sheets sections that would be good to read.  Actually, if have not done so, recommend read all of the Guidance and Tip Sheets to help you prepare.   They also have free webinars available on their site explaining certain aspects of the code that I found useful to cover the changes and expectations for this latest edition.

Hi annamaria,

"Clauses" is somewhat ambiguous. A Generic answer is in previous Posts.

Unfortunately afai can see there are no RA templates if the OP meant LS matrices (?) although SQF have issued one in the Past which is elsewhere attached on this Forum.

Hi Anna,

Do you mean a checklist to check compliance with the SQF Food Safety Code Edition 9? If so, then here is the one for food manufacturing:

Attached File  Food-Manufacturing-Checklist-Edition-9.xlsx   177.52KB   138 downloads

There are also checklists on the SQFI Website for:

Dietary Supplement Manufacturing

Pet Food Manufacturing

Animal Product Manufacturing

Animal Feed Manufacturing

Primary Plant Production

Primary Animal Production

Aquaculture

Manufacture of Food Packaging

Storage and Distribution

Quality

Kind regards,

Tony
