Hi,

I have a question regarding food products ( ambient storage) that are not successfully delivered to customers by courier services. When these products are brought back to the retailer ( online or not), and if they pass visual inspection for general conditions, is there any law or guidance that stops re-selling these food products, considering they haven't been handled by customers, only by our approved certified courier service?

Let me know your thoughts and thanks in advance for your time.

Kind regards
PR

Doesn't sound like there's any issue with sending them out again- your visual checks show there's no damage to the product, the nature of the product suggests it doesn't need to be temperature controlled and as long as it has plenty of shelf life on it then it sounds like it's ready to go.
