Greetings All,

I am looking to sell pork to Italy and I am looking to find regulatory standard for their testing requirements for Trichinella? Can someone help me out here please.

COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2022/1418
of 22 August 2022
amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1375 as regards Trichinella control in relation to cutting of carcases and alternative analytical methods
