In your opinion, what is the best way to stay up to date with EU legislation drafts, so you're not caught unaware when something new gets introduced?

Is there a calendar somewhere that shows when new legislation is expected to go into effect?

Right now, I'm too often informed by customers instead of my own consultants, laboratories and other sources of information.

Check out the services of Italian food lawyers, Foodlawlatest,

They have (or did have?) a subscription service that would keep you up to date on EU laws for your chosen food sectors.

Hello,

I would like to inform you that all drafts of European laws that are scheduled for publication can be accessed on the following page:

This platform allows you to search for drafts based on the themes you are interested in, and also provides information on any upcoming updates.
Typically, drafts require several months before publication. However, this resource enables you to stay informed and proactively engage with your suppliers as necessary.

Best regards,

Nikolina D.
