Hello-

I was curious if anyone could help me determine if there is a new code for selling processing fish waste/ eggs/ etc.?

We have our processing license through the state to include all HACCP plans and food safety.

Do we need any sort of extra licensing or code to be selling our waste to a pet food company?

That would depend on state/federal law

Pet food is regulated, so check here

https://www.fda.gov/...-feeds/pet-food

you may need state feed licenses for that state that you are in and the state where you are shipping.   every state has different rules.

you would need to adjust your fda registration to include human food byproducts for animal feed.
