Can anybody share any pre-requisites programme? We have one in place and were AA grade for 3 years now, but i am looking for some ideas how could i simplify my document or how to connect it to our internal audits etc.

Can you clarify exactly what you're trying to achieve?  

 

My PRP contains GFSI element numbers in the header AND I perform an annual reassessment (whereby I look at EVERY procedure not just the ones required under traditional GFSI internal audit lists) that includes the element numbers AND PRP docs
