Greetings mlenka,

Good news is that ISO has already done that for you. If you read up the HLS (High Level Structure) in ISO standards you will see that they made a great effort to make the integration of more ISO standards easier. So there aren't many major changes in the general structure and all you have to do is take into account the requirements of each chapter from the two standards.

Roughly speaking all chapters except from 8 are almost the same. For 8 you have to add more weight in the ISO 22000 requirements. The easiest approach would be to start from ISO 22000 because this way you will also have included the food orieneted logic and on this you can add any extra small details from ISO 9001 which is generally focused on the managerial aspects.

Regards!
