Hi All,
I have difficulty finding limits on antibiotics, banned chemicals and restrictions on the use of seafood products in the EU market. Can someone help me?

For the limits, I suspect you want the Annex ('Pharmacologically active substances and their classification regarding maximum residue limits') to Regulation (EU) 37/2010.
This regulation applies to all foods of animal origin, so you will see that for some substances they're marked as applying to specific animal origins only, or different limits for different animal types etc.

Thank you, I consulted EU regulation 27/2010 but I did not find the limit of Fosfomycin
