happy to found a minute to introduce myself to the community today.
I am an introverted middle-aged foodie, that lives and breathes all topics around food and food manufacturing, quality and most importantly: food safety. 25 years experience in different roles in the food industry, loads of experience in different food categories: dried ingredients, to chilled meat products or frozen convenience products- food technology, food chemistry and microbiology, quality management. Upgraded these skills with an auditor certification, as I have experienced a lot of "interesting" audits- so thought it would be worth to make a difference. ;o)
I cross fingers that you all have a calm Friday- without any emergency calls or late Friday evening incidents. ;o)
