I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the live seafood that purchased through distribution centre store to the live seafood store where is sold to OHH customers in the UK.

 

I would be very grateful for any recipes, supporting websites, etc. where I can find information such as: storage conditions, testing, selection and more

Hello, Sure.. there were a typo, OOH (out of home) - food services, caterings, retaurants.

PS. I have already looked at EU regulations but these are very generic and does not apply to this scope. I am trying to establish if there is anything specific for UK and this type of operation.
