I have to manage a new certification project according to BRC and my manager asked me to suggest a gantt for this proejct. Who has an example to share please?

i Know how to prepare a Gantt file but i don't know how to planify for a certification for the first time

I need to start by what exactly and the follow up of this project

Apologies for miscommunication.

 

Would suggest doing a Gap analysis first before defining gantt chart - then you would now where work needs to be focused and allocate timeframes accordingly.

 

Gap analysis templates widely available on BRGS website as well as through various threads on this forum.
