I am looking for an external consultant in Wisconsin or Chicago area to complete an internal audit of our FSSC 22000 FSMS. We are a small manufacturer of probiotics with one QA person.

I am in the process of SQF certifying our newly acquired facility, and for this and the original certified facility, our State university extension office conducted a mock audit for us.  I hope yours will be able to help you out where you are.  Land grant universities are obligated to "give back" to the community and the PennState extension for food safety are wonderful to work with.

 

At other times, I use the SQF excel checklist to make sure everything gets a look and focus in on specific areas I wish to see improvement in.
