Hello all,
Can someone please share the template of the quater management report for food 
I want to revise the one we have it is very lenghtly and not to the point.

I don't do a quarterly review, we do a monthly meeting.  

 

For the 'management review' requirement, we review the following each month:

• Food safety incidents for the month
• Review of corrective and preventative actions for the month
• Trend analysis review for different sections (different each month)
• - Customer Complaint Trends
• - Pest Control
• - Walkthrough Trends
• - Water / environmental trends
• - Training and personnel trends
• - etc.
