Hello All!!
As a first time SQF practitioner, i am working for a company setting up for SQF coming 2025. I am currently working on food fraud vulnerability assessment and am having a hard time coming up with a template. any one here that would mind sharing their templates? this will guide me in the right direction. thanks in advance!!

To get a basic start on a new system, I'd run through something like the SSAFE vulnerability tool. Eventually you'll want to something more specific to your facility and process, but this should be a good starting point.

We do not do manufacturing or have exposed food or food packaging, so I used this as a starting point and modified it for storage only (we don't own the product we store). I also added organics as some of our facilities are certified.
