Hello,

We will have a TESCO audit and we have a requirement related to the assessment to be done before any maintenance intervention.

Do you have an idea about it? what we should do exactly?

Any documents please to share?

Thank you

Hi ;)

I believe you are referring to section 25.5 -

Risk assessments must be completed prior to work commencing to ensure product and packaging is not put at risk.

Engineering activities must be controlled. For example, welding, drilling, riveting, and soldering must not take place on equipment while it is being used for production or on any equipment immediately adjacent unless suitable hygienic screening is in place

A few questions shall be added to your job sheet records ;

Is there a food safety risk? Y/N
Is there a Foreign Body or cross-contamination risk? Y/N

if yes, the equipment should be removed from production or engineering activities should be performed outside production hours. Alternatively, screens shall be used.
