I work for a company based in UK, we do currently export to USA and have an understanding of some key requirements such as PCQI certification and the strict zero listeria tolerance in the country.
We are soon to export in Canada, but before we do that I am trying to understand what are such key legal requirements in Canada?
Any support and guidance at all would be highly appreciated.
Additionally, we are a BRCGS certified site, is there a similar standard in Canada that defines the standard of food manufacturing practices that we can refer to in the process?
