Hello

I just bought conche machine for refining chocolate

The cylinder-type chocolate conche has compact structure

There are  610pcs manganese steel lining bars inside 

We have cleaned the machine as instruction of the supplier but we got problem with it

But the machine is still dirty and it has yellowish stain status

 

I'd Like to ask if anyone here using this machine? If yes, please help me

If this machine has been passed the BRC audit

Check with Diversey or Ecolab they will provide better cleaning solution to you.

what is the cleaning process & what type cleaning agent you are using currently?

Hi

There are three main steps

 

1. Used alkaline water 2% concentration, the machine worked 50 minutes then discharged (100 liters)

We bought NaOH 32% then dilute to get 2% liquid

 

2. Hot boiled water, 50 minutes then discharged (100 Liters)

3. Palm oil (100 liters) repeated 4 times of palm oil

 

The machine is not clean as expected, it is rusty right now

I am wondering if the concentration of alkaline water is not suitable
