Hello every one
My name is Elias Siskos I am a food technologist working as a production and quality manager in a flatbread production plant in Greece. I have about 15 years of experience in bakery products as a QC, shift manager, QA and RND. I realy love my work since it compines a lot of different sience and techonolgy areas. You never get bored!!!
I am a member for alot of years but only recently I started to follow the forums. I found the topics very interesting and find alot of answers and many tools to use.
