Hi folks,

Can someone confirm if flavors ( natural & artificial ) are exempt from declaring their components on the label?

my understanding on CFIA website is that we dont have to declare their components but only if they contain hydrolized plant protein.

Example: we have a flavour that is made of Hydrolyzed wheat protein, Glycerine, Propylene glycol, Yeast extract, Potassium sorbate, Disodium inosinate, Disodium guanylate.

Do we have to declare these in brackets?

Thank you!
