My name is John Ozoemena, and I’m currently with Okanagan Frozen Dough (OKFD) in Alberta, Canada. I’ve recently taken on responsibilities involving food safety and operations, and I’m here to learn, grow, and contribute where I can.
We’re always working toward improving our food safety culture, and IFSQN has been a great resource. I look forward to connecting with other professionals, asking the right questions, and sharing experiences from the frozen dough manufacturing space.
