Hi everyone,
It’s been a while since I last started a topic here, but I’ve been working on a few projects lately that got me thinking…
As food safety consultants, we all pick up little tricks over the years—whether it’s a shortcut that saves hours on documentation, a smart way to prepare for audits, or even a tool that makes client communication smoother.
So I’d love to hear from you: what’s your smartest food safety hack that you think every consultant should know?
I’ll start—recently I began using a simple digital checklist app for site visits. It’s cut my report writing time in half and helped me catch small details I might have missed otherwise.
Looking forward to picking up some great tips from this amazing community!
