Recognized for our technology and customer-focused approach, Icicle helps companies streamline their production, traceability, quality assurance, and compliance processes—all within one unified platform. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re expanding our team to bring on a Project Manager – Food Safety to help new customers onboard successfully and get lasting value from the Icicle ERP Suite.
Your Key Responsibilities:-
Guide New Customers: Lead new partners through onboarding and implementation of the Icicle ERP Suite. You’ll ensure each setup runs smoothly, tailoring configurations to fit their unique operations so they can hit the ground running with confidence.

Champion Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. Provide proactive support, strategic insights, and best practices to help customers unlock the full value of Icicle and drive measurable impact in their operations.

Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Monitor system adoption, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and help businesses scale with Icicle’s growing capabilities.

Deliver Food Safety Expertise: Guide customers with your deep understanding of food safety systems, regulatory compliance, and HACCP plan design. Help them turn complex requirements into practical, automated workflows inside Icicle.

Design Industry-Specific Models: Create and refine food safety templates and operational frameworks tailored to different sectors. Your work helps customers onboard faster and maintain compliance with ease.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to share insights, advocate for customer needs, and drive continuous improvement across the Icicle ecosystem.

Liaise with Internal Stakeholders to Align Internal Efforts: Work hand-in-hand with Implementation, Market Research, and Production teams to ensure customer goals align with business objectives—and every engagement delivers consistent, reliable value.
You will work closely with employees in other functions, such as market research, marketing, production, sales and distribution.
Required QualificationsAll applicants must have relevant education in food safety, industry experience is a bonus but not required.
