Hi.  I am looking for a 'visitor hygiene decision tree for a couple of sites that we manage.  They have a visitor hygiene form, but through the internal audit we identified the process could be improved by having a clearer decision protocol should anyone answer 'no' to the standard set of questions. Has anyone got a template we could modify ? Thanks

I'm sure I could list your questions with my eyes closed lol... But I won't assume. If you put the questions up it might help?

But one resource which is FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC yet the FSA have taken off their website is the fitness for work document. Fortunately other local authorities agree with me it was good so you can still find it:

Food Handlers: Fitness to Work

It gives advice on what to do if, say, an employee tests positive for E Coli, typhoid etc. It's so useful.
