Does anyone know when Issue 10 is expected to come out and when it will be effective?

Publication in the second half of 2027. Audits 6-9 months later, so likely first half of 2028.

They've just finished the feedback window and starting up the technical working group. It was a very short window for comments (only just over a month) so I suspect they mean to stick to the short window they have.
