Greetings/Saludos to all from DEEP South Texas (about 15-minutes from the US/Mexico border)!

 

My name is Bob and I was recently promoted as a HACCP Coordinator and Internal Auditor at a cold storage facility in the beautiful Rio Grande Valley.  I am new to this site and am looking forward to networking and growing in this journey that is food safety!  I've got some questions that I'm sure you will, undoubtedly, have answers to!  I can't wait to meet y'all!
