Greetings Carine,

Most of them in Middle East they follow:

Aerobic colony count & Coliforms
CFU/50cm2 units: < or = 100 according to US Public Health Service Recommendation.

Food contact surface includes: Hand swabs for workers, equipment surface, side walls, entrance doors, and floors.

Hope this information is sufficient, please feel free to ask more queries,

The best regards,
Abdul Qudoos.

Greetings Carine!

Colony forming units per 50 centimeter square is less than or equal to 100 according to US public health service recommendation.

Hope you got the clear explanation,
Thanks & regards
