This Example HACCP study manual forms part of a system that achieved certification to the BRC/IoP Packaging Standard - category B. Obviously all of the mentioned procedures were in place and fully implemented.
You are welcome to do what you want with these documents (apart from sell them). They are provided free, 'as is' and with no warranty. They are provided solely as examples to give you ideas. They must be reviewed and amended as appropriate to your own organization, product and process etc.
Please bear in mid also that the HACCP manual has not been updated since 2002 and may not be up to date with current best practice and requirements of the latest food packaging GMP standards and legislation.
