Dear All,

Can anyone please give me these EU regulations in pdf format.Just been given a minor non conformance , CLAUSE 3.3.5 by a BRC Auditor for lacking applicable EU Legislations e.g EU 1935/2004 and EU 2007/19-packaging materials,EU 2003/89-allergens, EU 1881/2008 -MRLs,etc , in my Quality system.

The documents are freely available at the EU website - www.europa.eu.

I've had some experience of 1935/2004/EU it's a fairly wide-ranging document that has to be studied carefully, since it contains a number of references and requirements.

The advantage of searching for the documents yourself, is that you know that you have the latest versions, and you know where to find updates.

2.EU 2007/19, it is an update of EU 2002/72, Thus I suggest you download the latest version of regulation 2002/72. Download website:

3.EU 2003/89, it is an update of EU 2000/13 Annex IIIa, thus I suggest you download the latest version of EU 2000/13. Download Website:

4. EU 1881/2008, I can not match this legislation, I guess it is EU 1881/2006? If it is 1881/2006, Here is the link:

Regarding allergens the last legislative act is Directive 2007/68, amended by COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 1266/2010 and COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 415/2009 (amendments related only with wines).
