Both plants will need to be audited to check your Food Safety Management System documentation and the living breathing system operating in the respective plant. Two seperate audits and two certificates.

You can have a common written program with site specific documents or operating procedures. I have 2 plants and they are registered seperately, audited seperately but they do share many of the same Food Safety and Food Quality procedures and documents. Each plant should have it's own manuals, seperate HACCP teams, ect.

Each plant needs a separate audit/certification.

While each plant can have similar documentation the documentation will need to be site specific.

Is anyone aware if one site can be SQF certified and the other kept uncertified?
