Hi All,
I've been presented with a project to assess and document the security arrangements and potential risks to our products from any deliberate acts of malicious contamination etc etc (See BRC Issue 6 Scope 4.2.1).
Has anyone got any good suggestions/templates that might help with the process.
We are a food manufacturer in the UK producing a product that is very similar to bread.

Here are a couple that may be of assistance. You could probably combine elements of both and make your own.
