What particular product are you wanting to set an MRL on?

Up here in the North, MRL are SET by the government, no determined by an MRL risk assessment. With a quick glace at this webpage, it would appear the same in the united states, but governed by the EPA

 

It would also appear that in the USA, like Canada, there are some pesticides which are exempt due to the nature of the pesticide (i.e. naturally derived, very low risk to human health)
