I work on a wine company and i´m implanting HACCP but the goal is to achieve ISO 22K certification

I'm interested are there any special risks in the wine making process? Apart from maybe the operators testing too much. :smile:

By the way we have a competition running at the moment to win a Wine Thermometer. It may come in handy for you.

well as you say everyone is ready for a sensorial test.
But we have some hazards!
