Pittcon 2007, February 25 to March 2 at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois, builds on past successes while offering exciting new opportunities for conferees and exhibitors in all aspects of this year’s Conference and Exposition.

I would like to make you attentive on the “Karlsruher Lebensmittelsymposium 2007” (KALS 2007): a symposium, we organized together with Dr. Stegen, director of Veterinary Centre of Karlsruhe. 28.02.2007 und 01.03.2007.

With this annually returning meeting we give the opportunity for advanced training according to the legal demands and the demands from the different certification standards to the leaders and members of the HACCP teams . It is not only "one more meeting", but offers information on scientific topics compressed and easily understandable, which can be directly inserted into the risk analyses: in favor of their improvement, in favor of the fast and annually current reaction to new scientific results, in favor of security!

There is so far no other seminar like this and we are proud to present the most excellent experts for the topics we selected. The state secretary from the ministry of nutrition and rural area of Baden-Württemberg will open the second day and will participate in the discussion of the german way to deal with the EU-hygiene package.
