Event Description
This course is designed to prepare an individual to meet the SQF Practitioner requirements by promoting an understanding of the SQF Code 7.2 Edition and providing a detailed knowledge base to participants to facilitate the successful implementation and maintenance of an SQF System. Prerequisite for Implementing SQF Systems: HACCP Training
Part two of this course introduces and educates food manufacturing/processing employees to auditing principles and techniques to give the Internal Auditor the skills needed in order to audit a company's food safety management system effectively.
