Event Description
Internal auditing is a key component of any food safety and quality management system. It is also a mandated requirement of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and a key tool in the effective maintenance, management and success of any HACCP system. Join us for this one-day training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to carry out effective internal audits in compliance with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. At the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Plan an effective internal audit of your food safety and quality management system in compliance with the BRC
- Apply techniques in planning, executing, reporting and following up on audits
- Use your audit results as a tool for corrective action
