In the second part of the training participants will receive instruction on developing an Food Safety Culture program, training and competence program and Food Safety Culture communication. The training will include practical examples and insight from the lead auditor perspective.

As a seasoned Food Safety Expert with over ten years of dedicated experience in the field, Vladimir specialises in implementing food safety practices, conducting training sessions, and performing audits. His proficiency extends to standards in quality, environmental protection, health and safety, business continuity, and risk assessment, with a keen focus on food safety.
He currently serves as Vice President and CEO of ENFIT International Association Supply Chain Safety.
Before this, he served as a Product Manager for Certification & Training in Food Standards at Quality Austria. In this role, he is an accredited auditor and trainer, having conducted over 1000 audits across various industries and trained over 10000 individuals.
His professional mission is to pioneer innovative methods for risk analysis in food safety, shaping the development of tools and methodologies for the food industry. His approach involves researching and introducing new food safety topics and disseminating knowledge through webinars, training programs, forums, video blogging, and publications.
Hi is actively involved in the food safety community through multiple roles:
• Member of the Coordination Board, Serbian Association of Sanitary Engineers and Technicians.
• Consultant and Trainer at IFSQN, the largest online platform for collaboration on food safety and quality management systems.
• Member of the Association for Environmental Protection, focusing on services for the Honey Bee.
• Creator of #addictedtofoodvlog, the pioneering YouTube vlog on food safety in Southeast Europe.
• Elected as the Vice President for East Europe at ENFIT in 2021 and re-elected as ENFIT Vice President in 2022, CEO from 2024.
