Premium Webinar Description
Modern Food Safety Culture – Implementation & Measurement is a practical 4-hour online training webinar designed for professionals who want to establish, measure, and continually improve Food Safety Culture within their organization.
The training goes beyond awareness and focuses on practical implementation aligned with the latest GFSI requirements, Codex 2020 revisions, ISO 22000 family standards, ISO 9001:2026 updates, and global legislation.
In the first part of the training, participants will gain a clear understanding of what Food Safety Culture means in 2026, how it became a global requirement, and how leadership, risk-based thinking, and cultural maturity models link into modern management systems.
In the second part, participants will learn how to design and embed a Food Safety Culture program suited to their company size and resources. This includes integrating culture into HACCP, management review, supplier evaluation, training systems, and employee engagement programs, with practical insight from an auditor’s perspective.
The final sections focus on measurement and continuous improvement, including digital evaluation tools, culture KPIs, trend analysis, audit preparation, and demonstrating improvement through data and behavioral indicators.
All attendees receive a copy of the training materials (slides and practical templates), a personalized IFSQN Training Academy Certificate, 30-day access to the webinar recording, and exclusive post-webinar contact with the presenter for clarification and advice.
