Test must be repeated with test pack without the test piece to insure that there was no metal in the test pack itself
Furthermore I would try not not mix policies.
I.e. the policy for maintenance is a complete separate policy. By separating policies you can avoid a lot of text in this document. Just refer in this document to another document named “Maintenance” this makes reading a lot easer.
