I am struggling to find my research project (Thesis). I am looking for a project that is related to food safety in dairy products.
Actually, I am looking for specific topic in dairy products. However it must be food safety in dairy products. It can be specific product (Cheese, kefir, Yogurt etc.) or stabilizers, Microorganisms.
