We recently had our annual SQF audit, 3 have 3 minor corrective actions to complete that were not acceptable by our auditor.
1. Verification and Validation Schedule
2. Food Defense Program that we submitted but not accepted .
3. Hazard Analysis of Raw Ingredients and Packaging. I believe we have the format for this figured out

Any assistance would be appreciated. We are a bottling plant, producing sauces and drink mixes primarily.
