I am a Microbiologist in training and from a part of the world where food safety culture is not appreciated. Please can you give me a headstart how to go about becoming a food safety expert with all the resources available on the platform?

May I add that I am from one of the low income countries and currently without a job at present. This means I will not be able to afford all the trainings that come with the premium package
