I started working for a produce distribution company, I am preparing a HACCP Plan for this company but I am a bit confused about the regulatory requirements for cooler temperature( 0-4 degree) but here products are raw vegetables so what temperature we can control for the coolers right now I am able to maintain at 6 degree temperature.
